1. Introduction

Rabis Solutions ("we", "RabisAI") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the RabisAI platform at rabis.ai and app.rabis.ai.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone number upon registration.
  • Business data: knowledge base, FAQs, documents you upload to train the AI.
  • Conversation data: messages between AI and your customers across connected channels.
  • Technical data: IP, browser, device, cookies for service operation.
  • Social platform data: when you connect Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Zalo OA, or Telegram — we collect messages, comments, and page/account information necessary for AI to respond to your customers.
  • AI processing data: message content is sent to third-party AI services to generate responses (see section 5).

3. Purpose of Use

  • Provide and operate AI customer response services.
  • Improve AI quality and user experience.
  • Send account and service-related notifications.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in Vietnam, complying with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection (PDPL). We apply encryption, access control, and continuous monitoring to protect your data. Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months from the last message, unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Third-party Services

To provide our services, we use the following third-party services:

  • Google Gemini API — natural language processing to generate AI responses. Message content is sent to Google for processing and is not used by Google to train models.
  • Meta Platform APIs (Facebook, Instagram) — receive and send messages, comments through channels you connect. Data is processed according to Meta's policies.
  • Zalo OA API — receive and send messages through your Zalo Official Account.
  • Telegram Bot API — receive and send messages through your Telegram bot.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is only shared when:

  • You give explicit consent.
  • Necessary to provide services (e.g., sending message content to Google Gemini API to generate responses).
  • Required by Vietnamese law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, modify, or delete personal data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Request data portability.
  • File complaints about data processing.

8. Data Deletion and Account Removal

You can request data deletion in the following ways:

  • Delete account: Go to Settings > Account > "Delete Account" on app.rabis.ai. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Disconnect channel: Go to Settings > Connected Channels > select channel > "Disconnect". Conversation data from that channel will be deleted.
  • Facebook/Instagram data deletion: If you remove the RabisAI app from Facebook, we will automatically delete all data associated with your Facebook account within 30 days.
  • Direct contact: Email support@rabis.ai with your specific data deletion request.

9. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for operation (login, interface). We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
